The QA department is managed by the QA Manager and consists of four(4) local qualified aviation auditors. These auditors are totally independent of the operation and therefore avoids possible conflict of interest issues. It audits each section of the airline from flight operations, ground operations, engineering, staff training, cabin services, human resources, information technology and service providers to ensure that safety and quality standards / rules are complied with consistently and effectively. This is based on an approved annual audit plan. It also manages the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO9001 standard to ensure that safety and quality hazards are readily identified and fixed before they become a safety/quality occurrence.
